SFOUR EventWatch - The monitoring system
Monitoring server EventWatch is a system of gathering, storage and presentation of statistics of payment terminal s network operation:
- Statistics of conducted payments
- Statistics of operational maintenance
- Terminals’ resources condition (acquisition of data about cash acceptor, printer state, expendable materials supply – receipt tape)
- Terminal working capacity information, low-level operation records, system message log
- Access of system administrators to information in compliance with the accepted delimitation of rights and security strategies
- Data export into the other applications, report preparation
- Modules for statistics display and various reports arrangement
