SFOUR completed the implementation of the Queue Management System (QMS) in MTS Bank
SFOUR completed the implementation of the electronic Queuing Management System (LMS) in MTS Bank. The system includes SFOUR kiosks, as well as a specially developed software solution that meets customer requirements.
The electronic queue system has improved the quality of customer service in the branches and allows to receive detailed statistics on the operation of the branch network online.
